FREE 24 hr Police Station Call Out
We are available for police station advice and assistance 24 hrs a day 365 days a year. If you are under arrest or attending the police station as a volunteer it is your right to have a solicitor informed that you are there. Advice can be given over the telephone or in person and it is FREE OF CHARGE.
Historic Abuse Cases
If you are accused of historic abuse it can be an extremely worrying and distressing accusation. Criminal Injuries Compensation
If you have been the victim of a crime and received an injury as a result, you may be entitled to compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA). If you are made an award you keep 100% of your compensation and our costs are paid by the CICA. There will be no charge if you are unsuccessful in your claim.
Outstanding Fines
If you have outstanding fines and you are in difficulty keeping up with your payments we may be able to apply to the Court for a variation in your payments depending on your circumstances or even have remitted some of those fines if you have spent time in custody since the imposition of those fines.
Proceeds of Crime (POCA)
When somebody is convicted of a crime the prosecution are able to apply to the court for confiscation of any deemed profits resulting from that crime. We have considerable expertise in this area and have successfully defended many applications.
